Among the “wearables” set to be unveiled at the year’s biggest tech conference are Polaroid’s ice cube-sized action camera, Gunnar Optiks’ glasses that are supposed to keep your eyes from getting tired and Spree’s fitness monitor, which is worn as a headband.

Wired magazine, which is covering the event live, today offers up 10 of its favorites so far.

The conference formally begins today but several major manufacturers made a splash with announcements on Monday. Among them, the Associated Press reports, was Samsung, which announced it would team with internet streaming companies, not TV networks, to provide programming for its new, ultra high-def TVs.

The conference runs through Friday.
