GUNNAR WARRANTY POLICY
GUNNAR NON-PRESCRIPTION WARRANTY POLICY
The GUNNAR non-prescription warranty policy covers products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. You are automatically eligible for GUNNAR warranty when you make a purchase on GUNNARs.com.my or at one of our authorized GUNNAR retailers in the Malaysia No registration required.
Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under GUNNAR warranty. Any damages caused by accidents, neglect, improper use or improper storage are also not covered under warranty. Warranty claims may only be made on the originally purchased product and from the original purchase date. There is no warranty coverage provided by GUNNAR when an item is purchased through eBay or any non-authorized reseller.
To file a claim, you’ll need your order number (if purchased on gunnars.com.my), proof of purchase (gift receipt, invoice, receipt, etc.), and the purchase date. Once you submit your claim, our team will review and notify you of your approval or denial within 3-5 business days.
While your claim is under review, please do not throw away your GUNNAR glasses, as we may need to follow up or request additional photos.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
For valid warranty claims, the purchase must have been registered through our website and accompanied by the warranty registration confirmation email. If you have registered your GUNNARS, we will repair warranty-covered eyewear within one (1) year of the purchase date. If the style has been discontinued or is out of stock, you will receive store credit for an item of equal value to be used on gunnars.com.my. GUNNAR PRESCRIPTION WARRANTY POLICY
The GUNNAR Rx warranty covers the frame against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original purchase date. Warranty covers defects in the lens AR coating for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Warranty also covers a (1) time change of Rx by the Doctor, or change of frame for a period of 120 days from date of original purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear, and are not covered under the GUNNAR warranty. Any damages caused by accidents, neglect, improper use or improper storage are also not covered under warranty.

You will receive an email confirmation claim number after submission. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
